The Gallagher-Westfall Group uses several learning instruments in its various workshops. These instruments are produced by the Inscape Publishing and have been developed by content experts and validated on stratified random samples of adults throughout the United States. We have staff certified in using the instruments and are very pleased to offer the instruments to agencies who wish to use them with their staff in order to promote increased understanding of self and others and to producing improved performance and quality service.
