Policy Manual Reviews

The Policy Manual Review and written recommendations which, while reviewing the format of the entire manual, focus the actual critical review on the ten high risk/critical task policies which generate 90% of all potential liability. Through this process, each of the ten policies is matched up to our critical policy component checklists, and additional narrative comments are included.

• Provides a comprehensive picture of the strengths and deficiencies of the agency's policy manual, with recommendations for correcting any identified deficiencies. This review provides the agency executive with necessary information to upgrade the manual to remain current with acceptable standards of care, and provides one layer of protection in reducing exposure in the event of a suit;
