Policies & Procedures Review

Good policies and procedures are one of the best proactive means of liability risk management, along with proper training and supervision of staff. Our experienced consultants will review jail/detention policies and procedures and prepare a detailed written report with suggestions for improvement, as necessary. This review may include all policies in an agency's manual or just those ten "critical task" policy issues - those which have the greatest potential for liability and/or which focus on key life safety issues. This review and critique will take into consideration the contents of national jail/detention standards and, as applicable, the requirements and standards of the state in which the facility is located.
