CONTINUUM OF PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION

This is a quarterly subscription publication. Each edition explores a different jail operations topic or issue (such as use of force or suicide prevention), and discusses it from the perspective of effective liability risk management. Key points regarding legal aspects of each issue are discussed. This column can be sent via e-mail or mailed in hardcopy with a disc in Word 6.0 for Windows 98 and can be copied by the subscribing agency for its members.
Each edition includes detailed "action steps" for jail administrators and supervisors to use in reviewing their existing policies and practices and in implementing neccessary changes.
